Allan Encarnacion

Allan Encarnacion is a 17-year-old mental health advocate from St. Mary's County, Maryland. He is the founder and president of his school's mental health awareness club (SMR Mental Health Awareness) which is dedicated to combatting the cultural stigma faced by his rural community through hosting local service projects, creating and distributing mental health resources, and organizing local mental health campaigns. In the future, Allan hopes to use his education to spread more awareness on the unique mental health disparities rural communities face to ensure that all individuals can receive ample mental health resources regardless of their location.

Rafaela is a 15 year old going into sophomore year at Brooklyn School of Excellence in Brooklyn, NY. She enjoys mathematics and is passionate in helping others. She currently works as a part-time tutor, and plans to go into the medical field with dentistry.

Chapter Leader for Chicago, IL

Oscar Moffit is a 17-year-old from Chicago IL. He attends Layola Academy in Wilmette. Outside of school he participates in cross country and track along with being a drummer for a band. He has helped many friends through their mental health challenges. In the future he hopes to work in data analytics.

Lili is a 17 year old senior from Irvine, California. She is volunteering at a mental health institute where she sets up a support group for adolescents who are going through the transition from high school to college. She also started a YouTube channel called Help Yourself where she discusses mental health issues and how to prevent and manage them.
